I had a terrible experience at this Esso station on 18 April involving a pump attendant named Arrison an Indian Malaysian. He was extremely rude and aggressive, shouting at me to move my car forward when there was clearly no space. Even after I moved, he continued to stare me down and shout in a threatening, "gangster" manner, appearing as though he wanted to start a fight. I called Esso to lodge a formal complaint and was told a manager would call me back. It has been some time now, and I have heard nothing. It is shocking that Esso employs staff with such a violent attitude and fails to follow up on serious customer grievances. Avoid this station if you value your safety and peace of mind.
I would like to compliment Cashier Mery!Love her positive cheerful vibes & lovely smile... She even offered to chalk up the link point without me asking... Keep up the good job,Mery! Thanks for making my day...
It is a popular service station even though it is very small because it is located in Queensway which connects the South and the north of the city and therefore has many cars fueling up in this place. That you're smart is well stocked and I usually buy some bread and drinks and sometimes I indulge in a chicken pie or a curry puff which are sold out quite fast during the day. Only watch out is that you have to be careful when you exit the station because the traffic is quite heavy and the angle at which the station meets the road is not so easy to turn into the traffic.
