Integrity is one of the most important qualities in the service industry, and I experienced it firsthand at Esso Holland Road. It was a busy rainy night, and things can get quite messy for us riders. Mr Mohamed Shamsanee Bin Omar demonstrated great integrity and professionalism while carrying out his duties at the station. Mr Darren Tang also went the extra mile by making a police report and consistently following up with the authorities, which eventually led the matter back to us. My sincere thanks to both gentlemen for their dedication and professionalism. They are truly great assets to the company.
Very bad customer service on 12 Jan 2026 at 2.35pm. I asked the cashier where were the NTUC app rewards items she simply asked me go to the shelves to check.. Next I returned and said I can't find then I realized it was right in front of the cashier.. i told her that and she nonchalantly said she didn't know. I told her she should know and the situation was tense.. she also doubted me and said I claimed already or not elsewhere and I said NO! Such an attitude and doubted my integrity... Later she changed her story saying she got asked download the NTUC app. What a lier. Speckly auntie do your job properly. I called the manager Mr Tang and he apologized on her behalf. Terrible service. But the manager is nice and professional.
The petrol points are spaced very close to each other. Hard to drive in and out. Car doors are blocked by neighboring cars. Cashier is super rude. There are so many Esso stations around. Why come here? !!
