Shalin TGot their waffle, mini kaya puff and wife cake. Unfortunately, they were all bad. The kaya puff was dry, had little filling and also doesn't have the kaya taste. The wife cake was salty (first time eating a salty one). The waffle was soggy (later on we realised it's because one side wasn't fully cooked), had little filling and quite pricey ($2.80). First time eating such a bad waffle. Lastly, all three staff working then weren't friendly at all (all three with black faces).
Yati SI was really disappointed with the staff, and it was always the same. I ordered four chocolate waffles and waited so long for my order, only to find out they had forgotten it. There was no sense of apology, and they even asked me loudly what my order was. I repeat, no apology at all. On another occasion, I ordered chocolate waffles again, only to receive waffles with very little chocolate. The staff give you unpleasant looks and are very negative. I am not being negative but try to experience it.
ABXYI liked their waffle, it was fresh and tasty, and the bread was just right. However, I feel the staff could improve their customer service. They didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming. A little more attention and a smile would make the experience better. Still, I enjoyed the food and might come back again.
