My friend and i had the signature beef noodle soup(L) and dry chicken noodle(S) each, and we topped up $5 for the drink + side dish + braised egg. Mine was the chicken noodle. I chose flat noodles which were amazing. I love how thick and perfectly chewy they were. The chicken was not good, very dry, cold, hard. Luckily there was sauce at the bottom that i dipped them in so it wasn't too bad. My friend's beef was super tender so i would get that instead next time. Dry noodle sauce was tasty, but love that i can add my own vinegar and chilli as well. The side dishes were tasty (literally same taste as haidilao sides) and the egg was ok. Overall spent $38+ for both, very filling and satisfying. As it was 2-3pm it was quite empty so service was fast and the cashier was friendly.
I like how the dry beef noodles come with a small bowl of soup on the side. It’s perfect for when I’m craving something dry and soupy at the same time. They also prepare the noodles fresh, which makes the texture really good. I normally add chilli oil into the dry noodles, mix everything together, and it's good to go.
The handmade noodles are pretty good! And I suggest if you need extra noodles just tell them when ordering else you got to wait. Refills are 🆓
