ValerieGerry TwoForkEatsSGIt’s a halal certified place 🥰 They have LOTS of beef noodles options and even SKEWERS 😚💯 Thankfully, their beef is not gamey at all 🥹❤️ What we tried: ✨Signature Beef Noodles - $13.90 (L), Sauerkraut & Mala Beef Noodles - $14.90 (L) each ✨Chicken & Beef Skewers - $2.50 each ✨Chicken Dumplings (12pcs) - $7.50 (L) ✨Spicy Oyster Mushroom - $2.50 ✨ Wintermelon & Sour Plum drink - $2.80 each 🍜 Sauerkraut Beef Noodles: Super unique 😋 Sauerkraut taste hits instantly and feels very homely 😮💨 Noodles are chewy, bouncy, and pulled to perfection with a VERY generous portion 🥹🍜 Crunchy daikon, fresh tender beef with gelatin on it 🤍 Add vinegar on the side if you like it extra sour 😖 We got the ban-mian style noodles 😋 🍜 Signature Beef Noodles: The soup has a very strong beef broth taste, very original but it’s not very spicy hehe 🌶️💓 We got the thick noodles (三细) and it’s perfect! Noodles are pulled to perfection, chewy and it glides down your throat really smoothly (we really like how they cook their noodles) 😍💯 The beef and daikon texture is the same as we mentioned above hehe 😛 plus points for consistency 😚🤩 🍜 Mala Beef Noodles: Mala taste hits on first bite 🥵 gets spicier + numbing as you eat (SO SHIOK 😋). Soup’s lighter but it could be thicker hehe 😛 🍢 Skewers: Flavour mainly from the powder seasoning 😬 but both stayed tender even after awhile ✨ Chicken tasted lighter, beef not tough at all hehe 😋 🥟 Chicken Dumplings: Pretty average but fresh, with corn & carrot inside 😋 Reminds us of a chicken puff pastry but dumpling version 🤭 🍄🟫 Spicy Oyster Mushroom: IT’S A MUST ORDER 😭💓 SOO fragrant with a buttery taste, not too spicy (HDL ones spicier) + comes with egg 🥚 🥤 Drinks: We don’t like the sour plum one 😭 It’s very sour with a strong medicine / cough syrup taste to it 🥴🤧 Love the wintermelon drink, it’s sweet & refreshing hehee ✨ ⭐️ Our rating: 8/10 By TwoForkEats.Sg IG: @twoforkeats.sg
Another Big BiteA comforting meal. There is 6 or 7 different in thickness of noodles to choose from. Preferred without chili for our order of signature beef thick noodle soup & beef tendon flat noodle. Good chewy level for the handmade noodles. Clear tasty beef broth (rather salty) with slices of white radish & a handful of chopped spring onions. Our small size order is a good serving for a heart meal. Recommend to try. Will return to try the dry version.
