ChristinaWas expecting some standards as this restaurant fall under Japan food holding group. But the moment we sat down, one after one fall short. First was this buzzing ringing sound that gets to you. Pretty sure it’s the shopping mall air-conditioning motor which I can’t actually fault against the restaurant. Then came our food. I ordered an iced lychee tea with beef bulgogi teppan rice. My son ordered a salted chicken teppan rice with fries and iced hojicha set. I was shocked to see that my lychee iced tea is served in a cup smaller than usually. Small sized as my boy’s hojicha. Set meals I know cups are usually smaller, but I ordered ala carte and it costs me $6.90 a cup. Same sized as the hojicha. I was disappointed. Then the rice that set up to mimick pepper rice. With just a few corns on top of rice, didn’t look very appealing. Well we didn’t finish it as it was too oily and taste not as good. I highly suggest they take it away from their menu. The fries was also a bit tough and oily like those you over fried it or you cooked and left it aside for some time and refry it. The menu was also a bit rojak and no focus on what is their specialty. They really need to relook into this F&B chain and redesign their menu. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back visiting this brand.
AgnesHad a good ramen set. Ramen broth was comforting, and the portions were quite reasonable for the price. The ambiance is casual and pleasant, making it a good spot for a relaxed meal with family or friends
albert MokFood were so hard , the fried tempura, can’t even bit. Noodle is blend, even coffee shop taste better nand fresh. Experience is bad, total damage 60 dollar for 2 adult food and 1 kids meal. Price: not worth the value. Can eat better food with that price tag. Atmospheres: not much people, lots of seat during dinner time. But other restaurants are crowded.
