edtayjbAdmittedly I am a BIG fan of Swee Heng Bakery and this Toast & Roll outlet is one of its brands. Today was the first time that I have visited this outlet at basement level one of West Mall and it was also the first time that I have visited the recently(?) reopened food zone at this heartland shopping mall. Anyway, I took away from Toast & Roll, a box of its Chocolate Caramel Choux Puffs. At just $4.80 for 5 pieces of Choux Puffs and with all of its trimmings, they were in my opinion, more than value for money - each Choux Puff had a generous portion of cream therein, and the chocolate ribbons on top of it were a most welcoming bonus. I highly recommend that you try it, if you are a fan of Choux Puffs and/or a fan of anything chocolatey.
Flying MolenVery appealing display with a lot of different choices. Not sure why a few of the displays of bread rolls with sausages and hams were not closed to prevent contaminations. With the customers moving around, these bread rolls could be contaminated.

There were only a few grains of glutinous rice dotting the inside, mostly it was air and bread The trays and tongs were oily and unpleasant to the touch
