Kathleen LokSpotted a food fly in the bread display area and I politely told the staff. She gave me the sulking face and unhappy to take away the bread that has food fly with a loud bang closing the cover. The food fly is still inside but she doesn't bother to try to remove it. I've ordered a waffle, as the note says we are supposed to wait outside, so I waited patiently in front of the cake display area. After waiting for 10 min, I approached the cashier, to my horror she didn't make my order after attending to other customers. The waffle looked just cooked and unappetising at all. SWEE HENG, pls train your staff! They'll ruin your company's reputation.
Christine YeowI would appreciate the management to look into the training of the service staff in this outlet. It's either she had a bad day after long working hours or she just purely disrespect food. I purchased some breads from the store and upon paying, the staff was throwing the bread on the table after packing into individual plastic bag. I do not appreciate people that don't take food seriously as it's meant for consumption.
