JHI would like to commend Joy for her excellent service at your Compass One outlet today. While enquiring about shio pan, we experienced a staff member who responded in an unfriendly manner. Although the bakery was busy, her attitude was disappointing. We waited over an hour and only plain shio pan was available, though we were hoping for other flavors. Joy was polite and accommodating. She took initiative to check with the kitchen. She willingly helped to expedite our order. Thanks to her effort, our order was ready within 15 minutes. Her service made a big difference, and I hope other staff can learn from her.
RCSCThe cake is just okay bah. 35% sponge cake and 65% whipped cream... The best thing here is they give paper plates and spoons!
