  I used to love this branch of Toast Junction a year or two ago, mainly because of the number toasts it has for the Kaya Toast Set, compared to their competitors. But after they did renovation— their quality dropped big time. - Soft boiled egg almost became hard boiled (it was just 11am when I ordered) you can see how round the yolk was, meaning they are formed to be hard boiled already - coffee was pour out from a jut which they never did before, always a freshly made one - usually when I order Kaya Toast Set, they do serve them at the same time. But this time I had to wait for the toast for maybe 5mins (coffee almost got cold before my toasts arrived, and I couldn’t enjoy if one of them gets cold easily.) - normally if after I had their coffee, i’d be awake instantly because of how strong it is, but this time I didn’t even last for 4 hours awake. Must be because it was not fresh brewed. I guess it’s time for me to find a new place or could be it’s this branch only. Idk. Please bring back the quality.

  Cashier received my order and walk away for chit chat with colleagues and everyone seems ignore those customers even we just stand in front of them I ve been waiting with another guy more than 10mins I wonder why my order so long as my order just iced coffee and the fried banana fritters is already. Till I ask only they pour out the premade coffee from the jug and add in ice cube And the cashier just took out the cold banana fritters from the shelf This is bad service and it’s a weekday Imagine if it’s weekend could b longer q Or just because of its weekday so they just seems doesn’t in the mood Hopefully they improve the service in future Plus it’s a tourist friendly place

  “Is this how Kaya toast supposed to be?” I asked staff. “Yes, because we put extra toast”. There were same amount of toast that you get in any other cafe. Then don’t put extra toast, but make a proper Kaya toast with sufficient amount of butter and jam
