Really liked that even hot drinks they pasted the drink detail on the cup so that we wun messes up easily We ordered accidentally 1 drink (4 total). Didn't get the female counter staff name (maybe Koyo?) but she was able to explain when I asked for signature drink. Tried and it loved it where else their matcha latte was thick but didn't hav the stong matcha taste. Felt that hot coffee was even better then matcha n ice blended macchiato coffee was a little diluted until few mins more tasted ok. But overall was nice dinning in experience in their vivo city. Could not resist their doughnuts n saw many tables ordering to dine in n some t takeaway. (Choco biscotti was rlly too sweet) Loved their dark Choco rlly nice n much better not too sweet yet to try other flavours will try next time Male staff in specs packing the takeaway n dine in food rlly nice to get me warm water and paper bag Return back (solo this time round) Came on 11/6 Really upsad that this female unsure pt e ft was unwilling to pass me cup of water. This don't happened to Parkway r Suntec TH was all good. Not asking for large cup but at least Starbucks n Coffee bean willing to provide that
edtayjbToday (24 January 2026) I finally "did it" and I am kicking myself for not having done so much earlier. I am referring to the fact that I only became a Tim Hortons member today at the suggestion of one of the staff members at this Tim Hortons outlet in Vivocity - something that wasn't proposed to me earlier at the other Tim Hortons outlets in Singapore; namely the ones at City Square Mall, Plaza Singapura and Suntec City. Anyway, better late than never, I guess, and as a big fan of Tim Hortons, I am sure it's not too late. Today, at this Vivocity outlet, I ordered a Medium Iced Victoria Latte Skimmed Milk (for the first time) and a The Original Glaze Donut. Last week at Plaza Singapura, I tried the Montreal Latte and I must say that I preferred this, although I shouldn't be surprised with the at times "bready" texture of the Victoria Latte since it has some tiramisu therein. That said, the Victoria Latte might appeal to others as taste is always subjective. As for the Donut, I enjoyed its rather simple make-up. Service at this outlet in Vivocity was very very good - super friendly and helpful. The dining ambience here was very nice and in air-conditioned comfort. By the way, as I left this outlet, I also took away a Lemon Muffin and a Double Chocolate Muffin. UPDATE OF 25 JANUARY 2026 I had my "overnight" Lemon Muffin after warming it up. It was (still) very yummy in terms of taste and texture.
KavithaFirst time trying tim Hortons...I saw in the display case that the strawberry donut n choc donut n the cinnamon sugar donut r the new ones...STATED THE WORD NEW...so I decided to try the new choc donut n the strawberry donut...n I ordered the iced Americano...total I paid $11.70...wgen I asked the staff if the choc n the strawberry donuts r the new ones be said NO...no new ones...I asked him him if the choc n the strawberry both donuts r new here...I was being told the choc n the strawberry donuts r not new...if not new y display stating new??? The staff showed me 1 cup but I got another cup...choc donut choc sticking to the strawberry donut...I did not want to waste the food n my money spent so I decided to just eat my food finish... service here v v bad...I was being treated here v v badly by the staffs...when I came to the shop to place a order staffs don't care...don't bother take my order...when a another customer comes the staffs so nice towards him...even give recommendations on what to eat.. I felt so bad...I was standing there the staffs like don't care...when another customer comes so nice to him...the atmosphere I seriously hated it...felt the dining table too small ...I ordered from the counter...since it is my first time eating here... But there is also a order machine here...i seriously felt that I should have ordered from the machine instead of at the counter...would not have been humiliated...I don't consider my money wasted as this is my first time trying at Tim Hortons vivocity ... Now I know here how the food, service n atmosphere... I m giving 1 star for the food, service n atmosphere I hated it ... tim Hortons vivocity outlet I felt the dining area v v dirty...tim Hortons vivocity is a v big disappointment to me... customers everyone should be treated equally...not pick n choose the customers want to treat properly...outlet is not crowded so y cleaning not done??? Took photos of the outlet...but felt the staffs r not happy about it...the taste of the 2 donuts nice... The taste of the iced Americano also nice...I always love drinking ice Americano at McDonalds...but in McDonalds there is only 1 cup size for the iced Americano...here happy to have to my fav ice Americano in a med cup...bin area v full...no staffs r cleaning it...does not look nice...tables r not cleaned...I felt that a notice should b stated in the shop that all customers r to return the tray at the tray return area Instead of leaving at the table for hygiene purpose...staffs should not only b focused on counter but also on the cleanliness of the area...I have eaten in so many different places... foodcourts, restaurants,donuts shops...I always c staffs in both counter n cleaning...I have eaten in a proper donut shop...I buy the same 2 donuts n a drink...n dine in...food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness all was really good...so I expect the same here also...but I was v v disappointed...I took a photo of the bin area n the dining area just to show everyone that this place needs to work on their cleanliness...but I felt the staffs were not happy about it...the service really need to work on it...I m seriously not happy about it...aft seeing of how I m being treated here today I seriously don't wish to come back to this outlet again...as a customer I felt that I was being v v badly treated by the staffs...i paid $11.70 to eat here...but I was not happy the whole time I was eating here...☹️☹️☹️
