DPHad the Maple Glazed Chicken Ham and Cheese Bagel, and Hot Maple Cinnamon Latte. Bagel was nice, served warm, inside texture was soft and chewy at the same time, but the maple chicken ham should be given more slice, it was too little and thin. Maple Cinnamon Latte was good and served hot. Appreciate the barista read my customize note and made exactly as I ordered. The outlet quite small but it’s comfortable.
Johnson KTimbits... Donuts... Coffee. Confectionary items from Canada! Even has tumblers and cups with Tim Horton's emblazoned on it. Sandwiches are similar priced and look better at least on show. Imported Timbits cost more here though, even if they are donut holes. Competing against the Krispy Kreme donuts nearby. Can the Canadian product stand up to the challenge?
Kate ZNice food & drinks but service from the Malay lady staff always ruins my experience. Ordered pick up at 8:30AM, arrived at 8:35AM, was told that "they just opened" when your opening hours is 8:30AM? Same thing happened another day, same staff, ordered a pick up daily brew - which is literally just lift the tab and dispense my coffee - but I was made to wait 8 minutes when there is no customer. The other regular staff who looks like a manager (female, glasses) is perfectly fine, whips up my order super efficiently, no hiccups ever with her. Your staff is in serious need of retraining to ensure service efficiency.
