Young GunCame on a Sunday morning 9am, not crowded. Occupancy is about 25%. Food was served pretty fast. Staff are polite and sometimes serve the food to customers. Big improvement compared when it just opened , long wait for the food and staff has bad attitude. Probably because it’s much less crowded now. The price of the coffee is cheaper than Starbuck, food price about the same or maybe marginally pricier. The coffee is good and sandwiches are hot. The design of the self ordering machine can be improved. Not everyone is 1.8m tall.
kwek pkIt's crowded timing on a Sat, but the 2 female staffs served with a smile and polite. They did their tasks quick to cut waiting time without compromise the taste of food n drinks. Loved my maple tea latte, told the lady i want it Less sweet and she brewed it to a great taste of maple tea siew dai 😋. Compliments to both ladies staff. But Aircon too cold in the tiny space....
J CNever thought much about Tim Hortons till I discovered this outlet, and been here 3x in this month. Always the Montreal Pastrami sandwich and Americano for me, so can’t comment much about the food other than wishing the pastrami is less salty, but coffee is good. What draws me back is the cozy & clean space but most of all the professionalism and welcoming nature of the crew. They definitely are not the idling, behind-the-counter rowdy, moody kind but patient & attentive to customers’ needs. One good example was when a q started forming at the only self ordering kiosk, staff offered to take orders from the manned counter which such service seemed to have sadly disappeared in similar set-ups. Such places typically see bored staff waiting for orders to come in while a q forms at the kiosk. Only suggestion is for the kiosk to be lowered cause ppl of >1.6m has difficulty viewing it :( Stay around, Tim Hortons JP!
