Sunday evening finally gave it a try Glazed donut not bad fluffy kind🍩 Montreal Latte also not bad as i like the cream on top☕️ But hot belgian chocolate was not nice, very mild taste. Not to my liking but maybe some people like it. Overall not bad as the place is spacious and price wise about the same as most cafe +-

This one star is not for the JEM outlet staff — they were fantastic. Friendly, patient, and doing their best despite the situation. The atmosphere is great with lots of charging point. My issue is with the new menu change by Tim Hortons management. Americano has been removed from the set, and many regular customers have been asking why. Even the staff shared that they’ve received many feedback and informed their manager. I’ve personally emailed and reached out via Instagram but received no response at all. That silence is disappointing. Americano used to be a simple, affordable black coffee option. Now I can only top up $2 for a latte but asked staff to make Americano. The daily brew unfortunately doesn’t compare in taste. It’s frustrating when loyal customers provide feedback and hear nothing back. I hope management reconsiders this decision or at least communicates with customers transparently.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great spot for an early morning breakfast at JEM! I had the beef pastrami sandwich and it was surprisingly hearty and satisfying — nicely layered, flavourful, and perfect to start the day. Paired it with a matcha latte, which was smooth, comforting, and not overly sweet. The outlet has a cozy, relaxed vibe that’s ideal for a quiet morning coffee, whether you’re easing into the day or grabbing a quick bite before work. Service was efficient and everything came out fresh. Definitely a dependable go-to for breakfast and coffee at JEM. Highly recommended! ☕🥪🍵
