Zuhairah mohamadToday, I had one of the most memorable dining experiences , not just because of the food, but because of an exceptional waiter/server at this outlet. From the moment I arrived, he was already moving tirelessly around the kitchen and dining area, and for the entire 30–45 minutes I was there, he never seemed to stop for even a second. What truly stood out was how he managed to do everything with such dedication and sincerity. He wasn’t simply serving tables; he was fully involved in every part of the operation —,assisting in the kitchen, preparing food, attending to customers, checking on orders, and making sure every guest felt welcomed and cared for. Despite the constant rush and pressure, he maintained an incredibly positive attitude throughout. His energy was remarkable, but even more impressive was the way he treated people. Every interaction felt genuine. He spoke politely and handled every task with patience and professionalism. You could clearly see that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers’ experience. What touched me the most was that he never once looked frustrated or exhausted, even though he was clearly working extremely hard. Instead, he continued serving everyone with a smile, calmness, and warmth that made the whole atmosphere feel comfortable and welcoming. .I truly hope the management knows what a valuable person they have on their team Thank you Joe :)🫶🏻
cindy kwekThis is my 1st visit this cafe… was not very certain about their menu. Their helpful staff, Su Yoon, offered to help me. She is very patient in explaining. Nice gal. My family n i like their Chic Rose Pasta… but their pancake is a bit too sweet for my taste bud… their waffle is not so sweet n I like it …
beatrix vegoVery chill and relaxing ambiance. The staff (Joe) was very attentive and gave me the menu as soon as I came. I ordered mushroom soup, cafe mocha, and baked mac and cheese. The mocha is just right blend, not too sweet and not too strong coffee :) The baked mac and cheese is the winner esp for kids and those who love a well-baked mozza ;)
