Justin KeyI had a wonderful experience at The Soup Spoon on 1st March 2026 at around 1pm. My mum and I went there hoping to enjoy the Mini Lo Hei for the CNY festival. Although it was not available that day, the lady staff was still extremely helpful. She thoughtfully recommended another Lo Hei option to us and explained it clearly. Her value-added service truly impressed us. She was exceptionally patient and attentive, carefully listening to all my requests and answering our questions with great politeness and warmth. Her friendly attitude and genuine willingness to assist made our celebration special despite the initial disappointment. My mum and I sincerely appreciated her excellent service. The male staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience. Overall, the service is definitely 5-star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We will certainly be back again for both the delicious food and the outstanding service. 👍
Anrina Z.Tabao so atmostphere not applicable. Service is excellent! Food is healthy + delicious! Staff even assisted in writing down initials of each person who ordered the particular soup set respectively! Staff is also friendly.
