The food took about 15 minutes to be ready, even though it didn't require any cooking. When I noticed there wasn't a napkin on my tray, I asked for one. The staff responded with an attitude that made me feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable. I've been a long-time customer of Soup Spoon, and this is the first time I've experienced such poor service. I understand that everyone can have a stressful or busy day as I work in the service industry myself but this level of service is simply unacceptable. I also noticed that responses to previous negative reviews often mention that the issue will be looked into. Unfortunately, based on my experience, it doesn't seem that any meaningful improvements have been made, as the same problems are still happening. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning to this outlet.
Everything from the taste to the service was exceptional. The soups are packed with flavor, nutrients, and generous portions. It’s the perfect comfort food for both adults and kids who love a clean, hearty meal. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Will definitely order again and introduce it to my friends!
This outlet was located at the basement of Paragon Shopping Mall. It was quietly tugged at a corner that might be welcomed by patrons who preferred an undisturbed place for their meals. Order was completed at the self-service kiosk which was hanged mid-way in the ordering process. The service staff managed to rectify the issue by resetting the machine. The service was quite slow. It took more than 30 minutes although there were few patrons at the place. The pumpkin soup was not bad but the rest of the food was quite disappointing. The garlic bread and the fish fingers were tough and not tasty. The bun was cold. I hope they could improve on the service and food quality as I had experienced fast service and tasted better food in other Soup Spoon outlets.
