Irene Tan M XIf you’re not a fan of chocolate or the cloying cream cakes, Jelly Hearts is the place to go. Light Jelly Cheesecake definitely a fave for all! Great for birthday celebrations and gatherings as they are pre-cut in bite-sized for easy serving. Love their basic Strawberry and Mango 🍓🥭🍰 which have been very consistent since I’ve first try them, and still the simplest yet most vibrant looking ones when you view them from outside! 😅 Never really try their other flavours though, so will not comment on those.

Kancha_96 06I recently visited jelly cheese cake and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged. Instead, I was looked up and down in a way that felt judgmental and unwelcoming. The overall attitude was cold and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable and out of place. Friendly and respectful customer service should be the standard, but sadly, that was not the case during my visit. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how their staff interacts with customers. First impressions matter, and no one should be made to feel unwelcome for simply walking through the door.
