Liang ValerieRecently,just went back to try jelly heart over the years of increase prices because of ingredient cost finally it look more stabilize. Normally, one piece is more expensive because given the conveniece and choice of the cake. To save, cost get 2 piece of the same flavour even if you get the more expensive flavour it is generally cheaper than one piece. Service wise, staff did not put my food in the plate despite i have asked for it to be put on the staff. Location, is unique because got 3 different brand sharing one shop and sitting location which give customer more variety choices.
Kitson HoGot a huge scolding because I bought 1 piece of jelly cake instead of 2. The staff do not allow top up of to purchase 2 instead of 1. (For context 1 small piece of jelly cake is $4.50 but over the counter the sold it as a set of 2 for $7.10) I could neither void the bill and repurchase or do a top up of $5.20 (because I bought 2) for it. Questionable sales tactics. But in all sense, $4.50 for a cake that small? Really?
