I went to waterway coffee bean, woodlands coffee bean, compassone and Kallang.. and have always ordered hot chocolate they will always put their chocolate drizzle.. besides that there’s 3 ladies at the counter.. just kept talking .. I know and understand nadhirah is trying to teach the 2 new ladies name Jannah and the lady with spectacles. However, I am truly disappointed by your service .. no wonder coffee bean aren’t able to beat Starbucks in terms of their customer service and hospitality! They are the worse! One of your staff nadhirah wasn’t even very pleasuring at the counter and she looks like she doesn’t want to even work here.. she saw me at the counter and I had to wait for her to attend to me which was 10 mins.. she was just very unfriendly… the manager on shift on that day also.. coffee bean please train your staff well.. you are lacking behind.. and my hot chocolate I know the ratio.. there was more milk.. u have 3 staff over there for what? M *Coffee bean outlet located here is quiet, and the service is quite good. The younger staff helped on redeeming the rewards from the Coffee Bean member program. The new matcha pistachio offering is lovely, with pistachio bits to add texture. It’s not overly sweet. The free drink option is great, allowing me to choose from different types. It’s a great place to relax after a meal, especially during lunch when the ambiance is quieter.
Hoong Wai WongNice place to chill, still have many seats despite it being CNY day 2 and a long queue outside competitor Starbucks. Service was good and patient, quite a stark difference from the reviews of rushed and rude service. I guess the pressure to turnaround the crowd could be different during peak periods? Anyway we had the yuzu and chocolate cakes, both not bad. The American and dark chocolate mocha was ok. Overall ok place lah!
