Katherine Ccame in on 7 may, 1.45pm. I understand that there is a 60 minute dining time period, however the café is relatively empty, as i came in after the crowd rush. Mandy gave a really snarky comment stating that the dining time is capped at 60 minutes right after my order, before i even got my food. Customers or patrons please take note. A heads up is fine, but i cannot understand the rude attitude towards customers. Disappointed as the Coffee Bean staffs in the earlier years were much more welcoming and friendly.
dqIt's a coffee bean chain, dont expect too much. Place serves its purpose as a CBTL, generic drinks with wifi and ample seats. Stopped by cause it was raining out and couldn't walk back. Service was ok. Overall ok experience. Wifi is good too.
Atwood ChaiThis Coffee Bean outlet is the worst Coffee Bean I have ever visited. The staffs were rude and service was not up to standard. The SG60 breakfast was terribly prepared, check out the photo. I have the same breakfast in the IMM Coffee Bean outlet, it was very good. I love Coffee Bean and always is a fan of it, but this outlet really turned me away. I hope the management will do something to rectify the problem.
