EmGot a Salted Caramel coffee based frappe and one of the employees kindly asked me if I wanted whipped cream. I thanked her for asking as because most stores don't. I forgot to get her name, but she had a ponytail and monolid eyes. The air conditioning in here could be stronger though, especially when there are a lot of customers.

She was exceptionally patient, taking the time to explain the options available and making sure I understood everything before making my decision. Her knowledge of the products and her willingness to assist made the entire experience a good one. It is always refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely care about providing good service.
