Irene ChuaToday, on Mother's Day, what was supposed to be a pleasant experience was unfortunately spolled due to poor customer service at. While I was looking to place an order for a cake, a male staff member appearing to be in his 40s-50s responded in an unwelcoming tone by saying that he already had "10 orders," even before I had the opportunity to place mine. As a customer, I understand that festive occasions can be busy. However, regardless of workload, service staff should maintain professionalism and basic courtesy when attending to customers. The Interaction made me feel unwelcome and negatively affected the overall experience on a special occasion hope management will review the service standards and remind staff that tone and attitude are equally important as operational efficiency, especially during important celebrations such as Mother's Day.
Al LimExtreme hard waffles which I have a hard time biting. When asked staff, says it's supposed to be like that (Really?!). Staff ask me what do I want to do about it? Good is atmosphere is quiet. The rest of food are warm (otherwise it will be 1 star for food). Coffee is of standard too
Wei CongNew store opening in the neighborhood, and it is 24 hours somemore, so good that I can enjoy my favorite coffee & food just by walking down from my house. The baristas here are friendly and services are excellent. Thumb up and will definitely visit here always.
