My daughter and I went there to enjoy their International Women’s Day’s promotion of 50% off selected drinks. We were served by Nadirah who was very warm and friendly. The outlet was clean and had a cosy vibe. Love that it’s 24 hours but unfortunately the MRT Station 🚉 doesn’t run 24 hours so we have to ensure we leave to catch the train 🚆 before the MRT Station 🚉 closed. Will definitely come back again.
Aravindkumar KathirasanThe Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf I visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Northpoint City and ordered a Hot Vanilla drink. However, I was billed for a Hot Dark Chocolate instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff told me that both drinks were the same price. My concern was not about the price—it was about receiving the correct item that I ordered. Customers should be served the drink they requested, regardless of whether the price is the same or not. In addition, when I requested a takeaway bag, the service provided was unsatisfactory and lacked proper customer care. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and order handling. I hope the management will improve staff training and customer service standards to prevent similar situations in the future.
Yani IsaacNorthpoint outlet 29.05.2026 14:14hrs Dyana was pro active in highligthing the new promotion Dry Americano. Asked if there would be any sample, knowing full well there was none. She said No..but surprised me when she offered to make a complimentary mini for me to try. Her small gesture with friendly calm professional demeanour was appreciated greatly. A great customer service! An asset to the company
