Decent spot for a quick Western breakfast. The breakfast platter offers a fair selection, though nothing particularly stands out. It’s a pretty standard fare with the usual coffee and breakfast options. That said, the environment is a highlight: spacious, comfortable, and a pleasant place to sit down and start your day. Overall, a solid, no-frills café that does the basics well and works nicely for a casual morning stop.
Extremely disappointing service at Coffee Bean 883 Plaza. I was there with my kids and had just sat down for around 15 minutes when the crew repeatedly walked around reminding customers about a 60-minute dine-in limit, making us feel like we were being chased out. As shown in the photo I took, there were empty tables everywhere and no queue at all. When ordering my drink, the manager or crew spoke in an unhappy and unfriendly tone, telling me to inform them earlier if I needed to top up before ordering. I’ve done this many times at other Coffee Bean outlets without any issue. Only this outlet has such poor attitude and service. Is this really the SOP for 883 Plaza, or are customers at all Coffee Bean outlets expected to leave after 60 minutes regardless of empty seats? If that’s the case, it’s ridiculous. Definitely not an outlet I would recommend.
Edit: The aircon situation has improved and its nice to have a drink and chill in the late evenings. The customer service is good. Staff are friendly. One thing thay needs serious sttention is the aircon. I dont know why but when I come here couple of nights The aircon is hardly working. It needs to be colder. Its quite warm.
