CT TanThe pizza was disappointing. It seemed to be made with two thin wraps instead of proper pizza dough, which made it feel more like a flatbread than a pizza. The centre texture was soggy, and it lacked the crispness and structure I expect from a pizza. Overall, taste was underwhelming and did not justify the price we paid.
Cecilia LeeDyana the store manager was really very patient and friendly. I havent been to CBTL for a very long time so can't remember how to use the app. After that I also had problem viewing my rewards on the app but she continued to help me with a smile. I order a bundle drink, thinking to bring the other drink home. She offered to make my 2nd drink later when I'm ready to leave so that the drink is made fresh. Had a really enjoyable afternoon here. Will definitely come again.
Ice MochaPoor service quality from the staff and their face looks like i owe them money when placing order. Heard my order wrongly and do not bother to double confirm my orders, no receipt is given to me either. Cake has taken out from fridge, put it on a plate and leave it above the fridge for 10-15mins then bother to put it on the tray. Do not bother to provide utensils at all until probe them, so expect me to eat cake with my own hand? Still give me attitude when i ask nicely. The shop isn't busy at all to begin with yet can't be bothered to do simple stuff like providing utensils, other coffeebean outlets have much better staff who are providing better service than the staff at AMK HUB. The staff really needs to undergo training than providing such poor service to customers.
