Doreen LSWMy favourite outlet amongst the rest as it is located nearest to my house. The service staff are professionally skilled and fast in making the drinks and the quality of their food is constantly good. The place is clean and tidy usually. I often dine here and will usually order the weekday breakfast set for two in the morning. I love their latte as it is not too sweet.
Bryan TayHougang Mall outlet was one of the great place to have coffee and warm pastries. Would like to compliment the 2 staff members who were working on 15 Nov 2024 at about 830pm. Their service was exceptional great, especially the male staff going around to remind the customers in the time limit, which allows more other customers to have a seat (cos a few groups of youngsters were hoarding several tables just to study) Kudos to the staff 👏 👍
Johanna HannyI visited The Coffee Bean on Sunday morning, but unfortunately, the service was slower than expected. Despite ordering a simple hot chocolate for takeaway, I waited around 15 minutes. The root cause was evident understaffing. With only one barista handling orders and drink preparation, and another staff member in the kitchen, delays were inevitable. Given The Coffee Bean's popularity, especially on weekends, I recommend increasing staff numbers to enhance customer experience and reduce wait times
