The CBTL outlet (Anchorvale Village) is small compared to others. There were quite a number of customers ordering the breakfast for two and the 2 staff members were kept very busy - trying their best to manage. It took a while for them to clear the trays left on the tables and tray return counter. Chicken Patty & Sunny Side Up Breakfast Burger: • salad consists of only 2 small lettuce leaves, 5 pomegranate seeds & a small thin slice of red turnip (overhead another customer mentioning that it was too little) • bun was sweet but dry • no spoon was provided for the yogurt (only fork & knife provided for the meal)
Experience was fine, but there were 2 fusilis with a bluish tint within them, I really hope it wasn't mold. I finished the rest of the pasta though, not too shabby I must say.
The place is not crowded during breakfast time. It is neat and tidy. Ordered promo breakfast set for 2 at $10. The hot Spanish Latte was good. I was told that there is no tomatoes for the bagel and am fine with it. The bagel is tasty with the melted cheese but it was a little hard to chew. Not easy to slice it up. The omelette tasted fine. The given cubed fruits were quite little.
