LynWent to Compass One Coffee Bean on 11 July 2026, Saturday @ 8.30pm. I was served by Irfan, who was very friendly & helpful in telling me there's a cake & drinks combo set when I ordered 2 cheesecakes. The place was quite full , they are many orders but he was very proficient in delivering top notch service to the customers. I also wanted to compliment another staff, Kyan, who was fast to clear outstanding trays & keeping the place clean too. He also welcomed the customers enthusiastically when they entered. Irfan also patiently helped another customer with the purchase of a thermal bottle, when she repeatedly asked for a new bottle. Good job, guys!!! The cakes & coffee were delicious too!!!
D KI visited this branch on 25th June. Extremely disturbed, disappointed, shocked and furious at Natasha’s service. She did not bother to serve me and allowed someone to cut queue in front of me without sounding it out, though she knew. Her face was consistently long, no smile, tone was rude and argumentative. I ordered 2 drinks and she only keyed in one, I did not realise until only one of my drink came after 10 minutes — while the person who ordered before me, about 8 dishes, all already came immediately. I ordered 2 drinks, and worst still only one came. This is highly unacceptable and disappointing. I am all for respect for our service staff, however this attitude and behaviour is unacceptable. Sort this out ASAP, this is not how any human — let alone a service staff — should act.
E KSuper nice staff. I only realized that I can get a 1 for 1 cake after purchase but the staff was willing to refund and re purchase so that I could get another cake! Very patient and nice to be willing to do this. Not to mention that the cakes are delicious and the place is near and clean like any other Coffee Bean chains.
