Suzy SupThe ambience is great initially. My family and I enjoy our meal together. It is also a place, I frequent grab food & drinks. However, we experience the heat recently & felt uncomfortable seated for our meal now. There might be a breakdown of air-conditioner, making the place so humid. It gets worsen with the hot weather we are experiencing now. This might not only affect us but your staffs too, the heat might make them sweaty & less productive. I also belief that it increases stress to the equipment like refrigerator. Eventually, the food freshness & quality will be affected and again we, consume the food, will be affected too. I hope the management can look into the situation. With the air-conditioning restored, the cafe will regain its cool, pleasant & airy atmosphere. It will attracts more customers to patronise the place & increase sales.

Lee JohnNormally I would at least give a 3 stars for service, up until I noticed that they gave me a faulty porcelein cup. On 16 Nov 2025, at or around 8.30 am, I purchased the christmas special cake that comes with a porcelein mug alongside my breakfast. And it was until 15 mins ago I had the cake and noticed that the porcelein mug they provided is actually chipped. And no, this time I have checked twice that the broken piece is neither located in my takeaway box nor in the cake itself, hinting that the mug was already broken before it was packed. WHAT KIND OF DISHONEST SERVICE IS THIS?! TO GIVE A DAMAGE PRODUCT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER? This isn't my first time into this Coffee Bean branch but this incident does make me think twice of ever going back. EDIT: I found the photo I took before I unpacked the cake mug from the takeaway box, circled in red is where the damage is at.
