Sidtharshini Manunethi (Mrs Ari)Coffee bean has always been amazing. Today was not an exception. Alyssa from the downtown east outlet made it even more memorable for me by being extremely customer oriented. I told her I was craving for a particular drink from starbucks and asked if there was anything like that here. There wasnt however, she was kind enough to reccommend me something close enough and it was also extremely comforting as the one from starbucks. She was very sweet and was very polite the whole time. Another staff was also extremely as sweet as Alyssa and was very accommodative to my cake request. Its always so nice to have such kind people who work in the service industry. Both the girls are an asset to coffeebean. Thank you.

To top it off, the service team were outstanding, very pro-active, sincere and warm in making it a truly “neighborhood” wholesome dining experience. A special mention for service crew Syafiq who is exemplary and highly commendable for his work attitude. I didn’t get the other girl’s name but together, they are a great team indeed. Thank you :)
