Feedback to the staff A Tul, and he was nice to replace me with another one! The main purpose for this review is to complement staff Bee Yan. Though it was heavy traffic flow , long queue at the counter. She was seen patiently attending to each customers , upselling and highlighting promotion. Very patient and friendly. Excellent customer experience received from her. Kudos to Bee Yan!
Jess YVery expensive and bad coffee. $8.60 for a regular-sized single origin latte that tastes weak and burnt ☹️ partner’s mocha ($8.90, regular size) was similarly horrible. He said it’s worth $3.
Kai RongI'm a regular at coffee bean branches but the one in terminal 1 is a scam, all food prices are 40% higher than other branches while the food and drinks quality is significantly lower. 12$ granola with yugurt cup?? Almost double than the Starbucks equivalent.. The croissant was extremely oily, coffee was fine. Keep away and go to the Starbucks and Paul nearby
