EileenThe Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf - Compass One Level 3 located at 5 Changi Business Park Central 1, #01-41, Singapore 486038 We visited the outlet 3 days ago and there is only 1 staff at the counter area. She took the order and prepared the order all by herself while there is 2 to 3 customer came in after us. We wait awhile as she is unable to prepare our drink because she need to be the order taker, prepar drink etc....only when we manage to get our drink 2nd staff (1 Indian staff) came out and help. Overall, new place to chill as is not so packed just that service can be better with the speed but the lady who served us was nice and pleasant and even suggested us to purchase the mug.
S YFood and drinks were really horrible. Ordered tomato pesto pasta and chai latte for $20 but had to ask for additional packets of salt and pepper for the pasta as it was tasteless, and remake my drink because it was extremely diluted. The staff were really kind to remake the drink but explained that they were just following the recipe. I do think CBTL really needs to look into improving their offerings – for this price point, the food cannot be less than mediocre.
LFirst time trying their main course and the taste was good. Please keep up the great work in terms of the quality of food, taste and serving size as this amount of food was just nice 🙏 or add abit more pasta or pizza topping would be much appreciated 🙏🙏 There is a young Malay staff boy on Sunday morning, he has really positive energy and customer service, please keep up the great work!
