Celeste HongShout out to the staff Afina, who helped us on a weekday morning, she was so informative and polite, and it is so rare to find a staff member so hardworking. Service was fast, and overall atmosphere was great too, with the store being a lot more spacious than some other branches.
Melissa WuTried to give coffee bean many chances but the drinks are just not hitting the mark like before. The mocha and pure chocolate ice blended were so bland. For the price you pay, it’s just not worth it anymore. Shoutout to the server at the counter for trying, he tried remaking the mocha but it was still bland.
Olga Medallafor the first time the service (new staff) failed me. I ordered americano at 2:47 and got it at 3: 15 pm and they did not even acknowledge or apologise for the miss just looked at me blandly. I patronise this outlet so I hope some proper training will be given this new set of staff. This outlet is quiet, nice ambience.
