JonHands down the best Coffee Bean outlet in SG. I have visited many outlets over the years but this one truly stands out. The cafe is clean, cozy and beautifully maintained. What makes this place extra special is the amazing team. The manager is incredibly kind and attentive, and Eugene deserves a special mention for being so thoughtful and helpful. Since I am lactose intolerant, he patiently recommended drinks that suited me and made me feel genuinely cared for. Small gestures like these really make a difference. I also absolutely love their $7 tea set promo, such great value and the perfect little treat for the day. Their carrot cake is absolutely delicious too! 😊🔥 Thank you to the team for always making customers feel at home. Will definitely keep coming back!

The dark chocolate was rich and smooth, the carrot cake was moist and delicious, and the hot tea was perfect to relax with. Special shoutout to a staff name Aqil for the excellent service. He was friendly, polite, and made the whole experience feel very welcoming. Really appreciate his good attitude and professionalism. Definitely a place I would come back to again!
