Tucked in a corner of the mall, hence not much human traffic… which is good becos this cafe offers peaceful sitting environment. Good for reading a book, chatting with frens etc.
Ellen YauI frequently visit The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf for breakfast at their various outlets. I visited this branch today at 9:30 AM， the shop wasn't very crowded, and the staff was very efficient—my food was served shortly after I ordered. However, I was quite disappointed with the food quality this time, which is unusual based on my past experiences: 1. The bread was very dry, which affected the overall texture. 2. The freshness of the salad was concerning, as many leaves were already dark and rotting (as shown in the photo). I hope there could be more focus on the food storage and daily freshness checks. It would be a shame to let poor ingredient freshness ruin the experience for regular customers.
