Jay RinVery disappointed with the service at this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf outlet. I just added one more item to my order about half an hour before closing (around 11:30 pm), and the staff showed a black face and looked clearly unhappy. She even served cold spicy chicken puff despite saying she made it hot. Even if it’s near closing time, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Poor attitude and unwelcoming service leave a bad impression — not what I expect from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Joshua KokWorker skipped my order, only realized after another customers order arrived before mine. Wasted my time and made me late for a meeting, after they gave me my drink the worker didn't even give me the straw and I had to take it myself. No compensation was given for this mistake.
