Isha GargFood menu could stand to be a bit more varied. Also the tea range felt almost lazy. Love that they have a range of options for the caffeine-addicted and the sweet tooth. Very easy to fall for their merchandise and the service staff are smooth operators with their inviting and warm nature. The aunty at the cash counter will remember your order after the first two times you order there, and autocompletes your order do you, so it’s definitely a step up from the Starbucks across in maple business city! Also I’ve sat here for 8jour long study sessions and have NEVER felt unwelcome. Lovely service really!
SillyVibeDisappointing Experience with Coffee Bean’s "Celebrating SG60 Promotional Set" (ARC Outlet, July 2025). As a Singaporean who appreciates local coffee culture, I was deeply disappointed by the quality of the Coffee & Toast Set under the SG60 promotion. Unfortunately, every element fell short of expectations: 1. Boiled Eggs: Overcooked on the outside yet undercooked inside, indicating improper preparation, possibly microwaved. 2. Pandan Cupcake: Appeared stale, deflated, far from fresh. 3. Kaya & Butter Toast: Served cold (possibly refrigerated). 4. Coffee: Noticeably weaker than the usual standard at this outlet. Given Coffee Bean’s usual standards, this was unexpectedly subpar, especially for a celebratory national promotion. The set’s quality was worse than the typical local coffeeshop fare. I hope this feedback helps improve future offerings, as I believe Coffee Bean is capable of better.
