Geri QWent for the breakfast deal - place is not too crowded late morning, alot of sales people pitching ideas. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Got my order correct and happy!
Ami (あみたん)I'm a chai tea lover and I love Coffee Bean's Chai Tea Latte. After the renovation, the seating area and service definitely got better! I'm impressed. Staffs are very friendly and polite. They know when to say "thank you" and "sorry" (it's common sense but not every business does it well). I visited on August 21st at around 3pm. It was crowded as usual, but the 2 counter staffs handled very well and professionally. Waited 5 mins for my Chai Tea, and 20 mins for food but the staff who served the food to my table politely apologized for keeping me waiting. That was sweet. Quality and taste of food and beverage are also up to standard. Hope they keep up the good work!
