  The Changi Village Hotel is a very nice place to stay when you have a long layover. I was accommodated with the best customer service since my flight got cancelled. I believe her name is Chiarra and it was late at night when I arrived. Everything went so smoothly and fast and even booked me my taxi the next day! The food is excellent too! I was served by a staff named Prince and it only took 5-10 minutes to serve my food. Overall, the staff is very helpful! Would definitely recommend!

  Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team — the service was warm and genuinely attentive. Manager John was very polite and nice . The buffet spread was absolutely impressive. So much variety, everything was fresh, and you could tell a lot of care went into it. Made the whole experience feel really special. We enjoyed our evening there and fully recommended.
