Angela HoiRecently tried Texas Chicken for their Christmas menu — the garlic & herb chicken — and it was our first time having Texas Chicken in years. To our surprise, the food here is made to order instead of being prepped in advance like at KFC or McDonald’s. The chicken we were served was piping hot, tender, and juicy. The garlic & herb flavour was really good, with a nice balance of savoury and sweetness. Easily one of the best fast-food fried chicken experiences we’ve had. We came back again for the CNY menu, but this time it was a bit of a disappointment. The orange glaze was too sweet and quite overpowering. That said, the quality of the food was still there. Next time, we’ll probably stick to their original menu.
s wOrdered the new Thai chicken set, burger was great and all the chicken were crispy just that the it was slightly salty with the seasoning. Fries were fresh and hot which was great. Service was great from the lady at the counter, however the place is quite small and can only fit a few small groups of people so would definitely recommend takeaway instead.
