Agustinus GibranI bought Halftime Kopi Crunch with the display pictures Tight & Breast Chicken, the staff gave me both Breasts, small one and big one. Then I asked, why you don’t give me the tight? “That’s the package one big and one small” I said, why you didn’t ask me what I want? In the picture there is one tight, I don’t like both breast. “That’s only picture” with not nice gesture. Then I asked, Why only picture? I can see there is a lot tight, I don’t want this one, I want the tight. Then she changed one breast to tight with not nice gestures at all and drop the lifter with loud sounds. Definitely will not go back anymore!
BAI was surprised to have very tasty and crunchy chicken tenders from here! It was not oily too. The sides were also delicious. The biscuit was a nice touch on the combo: meal, very soft, buttery, and just the right sweetness. I also appreciated the staff for being attentive even when they get a lot of orders. They quickly packed my order when I mentioned it was for take out. Complete condiments too.
Samar DasWe went there seeing the lucrative chicken pictures, and since then, the experience was so pathetic! First of all, we were using the Kiosk to select foods, when my friend could not add the coffee as it said maximum number of items selected. Then he just tried to multiply the coffee already selected by me to 2, and we didn’t guess anything going wrong. The surprise came when we received the food, everything was multiplied by 2! That explains the higher total price, which we didn’t pay attention while paying though. The vacant tables remained full of remaining and dirty old food boxes etc left by previous customers. We requested at least twice at the counter to clear up / clean up the table, but even after 5-7 minutes of waiting, we didn’t see any cleaner, and then we had to clear by ourselves !! The food was completely dipped in tomato ketchup but they did not provide any cutlery, neither and plastic gloves etc, it’s a messy affair. The coffee was equally horrible, less coffee and more of everything else 🤣 Not recommended at all !
