NCSNever really left a review for a fast-food place before, so here we go~ Haven’t had Texas Chicken in a long time!! Food came out quick as usual, and the chicken was still really good, tender and flavorful. Fries-wise, I personally prefer KFC’s hahahaha, but the butter biscuit here is definitely a win. One thing to note though, my friend tried the chicken rice and it was super salty, couldn’t even finish it. Also, the self-ordering machine was lagging a lot, which made ordering pretty difficult.
Alloysius QuekUnappetising food, ordered scrambled eggs but came with sliced fried eggs. Chewed on egg shell inside. Advertised pancakes with syrup, but was only given strawberry jam and butter. Most they could offer was some honey. Staff served with no cutlery’s, had to ask for it. Only gave spork, have to ask again for knife. Idk what’s wrong with service, it’s only 10am in the morning. Will avoid breakfast here.
PaparicoFirst, I must give a high compliment to the restaurant staff. The helpful service was excellent, and I genuinely love the chicken spice (or the food, if you prefer a broader term). The quality of the food and the efforts of the team made the visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience was severely undermined by a critical facilities issue: the air conditioning has not been functioning for the last four days. The heat inside the restaurant was so extreme that I was sweating heavily throughout my meal. This is an uncomfortable and unacceptable environment for both customers and staff. SAFRA Management needs to take immediate note of this ongoing problem and prioritise the repair of the air conditioning system to restore a pleasant dining atmosphere.
