J HI ordered Texas Chicken via Grabfood from this outlet recently. When I took a bite into the Tex Wrap, it was RAW. This is a very serious food safety issue and I’m extremely disappointed from this experience. I would rather patronise other fast food restaurants in the future. Edit: Looking at other reviews, it seems like this restaurant is extremely unhygienic and had caused food poisoning to many customers. I wonder why it’s not closed down yet…

TheFamilyJokeExtremely slow service. That in itself is already a horrible term to be used on, and even that is a huge understatement. Other people who ordered later and with more food got their orders first, while we had to wait for noticeably less food. And the staff doesn't make it better. The food we're ordering is smaller than those after us, yet they're using the pathetic excuse that they haven't fried our food yet. How lame do you have to be to stoop down like that? It's not the first time the staff here has messed our order up, and that's obviously the worst of it. With this type of service, I'm convinced ALL positive reviews are not from humans, because only someone who loves pain and having their time wasted would be this generous to this place. If you want some fried chicken, just get the McDonalds below, or go to Jurong Point. This place isn't worth patronizing. Save your time and mental health.
