winsonlee 368The food here is getting worse! I am a frequent customer of this store because the food here taste better than other places. However, the quality of food is going down recently. A piece of garlic bread has become so small and pathetic, the size has been halved of what it usually is. I dont mind it soggy and soft since i can heat it but its so small now its disappointing. Even after i heat up the bread, i could only eat half of it, the other half is still wet and soggy for no reason, no idea what the person did to the bread. Whats worse, the crispy skin chicken chop pasta i ordered was done in a rush, i opt for tomato sauce but its so soupy as if the entire noodle is soaked in oily gravy, the chicken is soaked and messed up too, mushy not even crispy. Not mentioning the auntie at the counter is so rude and unfriendly. From poor quality to poor service, standards dropping so much. Came all the way here to buy this today but truly a letdown, i would hesistate to purchase from this branch from now on, the standards have drop so much. This is unacceptable! i request a refund.
R SI recently bought the mixed wing rice set from here and im grateful that I did because the fried stuff were inedible. It had this rusty taste from both the fries and fried chicken. Thankfully the roasted wing was good so it was definitely their oil that ruined the flavour. It was utterly disappointing that I wasted money on such inedible stuff. Who is doing the quality check here? The fries was definitely cooked twice because they were crispy only, no fluffiness you get from a fry. It was dreadful that I had to throw it out. Please do something about it.
