I’ve visited this outlet twice now, and both times I’ve noticed the staff seemed cold and unwelcoming. A simple smile or friendly greeting can really improve the customer experience, especially when we’re here to enjoy a meal. I understand everyone has off days, but consistent displays of indifference and arrogance can put customers off. If someone isn’t happy working in this environment, perhaps a different role would suit them better. Great food should be paired with great service—hopefully things improve in future visits.
Ordered takeaway but i am not sure why they cannot put the coleslaw seperate like other outlets. It was smacked at the side of the rice. The rice was all soggy at the bottom and honestly rice (warm) and coleslaw (cold) shouldnt even be mixed together. Not sure directive from the owner to save one plastic container or what but this is a very bad experience for people looking forward to some good fried chicken and rice on a weekend.
Before this was my turn, this two staff were talking among themselves for a good 2 minute. They have no interest to serve customers. I had to call them to get their attention. The guy looks irritated that I interrupted his convo. What a joke this is. After that, I saw this little girl stood there for a very long time as well. Quite surprise to see this kind of service. Not even interested to do their job. Back facing customer. Treat customers like they are invisible. There are freaking 4 staff inside the stall, none of them want to serve. You look at how far they are standing away from the cashier you will know. Very bad attitude as well, as though you are forced to work here. I will never patronize again. Take pride in your job man.
