Rykiel IvoryFirst time here, not pleasant experience Came on a Saturday night 8pm. Food: Good, within 15mins -- but avoid ordering the mushroom soup. Chicken, mushroom, calamari and pasta is good Atmosphere: cosy feel but dirty floor & tables. Staff: understaffed # Kopitiam service with restaurant price # No staff guide us to the table, it's ok, we can find a seat ourselves. Anyway I understood it's a weekend. (Restaurant half full) -- Went to the cashier area, 3 customers asking for menu, she then shouted & reprimand to another male staff for not attending/giving menu to customers in front of lots of us standing at the counter. Cashier was nagging non stop. Male staff was busy clearing the dishes at the sink area. He looks hectic without anyone helping. (One man clearing the tables, setting tables, serve the customers, arranging the cordiments area etc etc) -- Utensils, No utensils from 8.30-9pm, not even the kids spoon is available (still inside the dishwasher) Hahaha in the end we drank the mushroom soup without spoon, and eat rice with our hands. Anyway not reccomended if you want atas service. Luckily my family and kids are ok eating with hands and drinking soup by the bowl.

The taste is actually constant with other labels of tenderbest, so those coming here can expect a standard. Service: This is where it shone bright. Staff were very generous in their smiles and attentive. We were welcomed warmly and were shown to our seats. Staff even gave us insights on other locations, background and what is being offered here. Location: We were walking around admiring the deco and decided to step in for lunch. It is located exactly in the compound of an industrial estate. And this is located right at the corner of it all, where it is facing the hdb areas. Best part of it all, it is right beside a cross junction, making it visible for all areas. All in all, its a highly recommended place from us. But just note about the price yeah.. Cheers!
Nur MuhammadHad a lunch dining experience with some friends. The food was reasonably priced and the flavours are there. We had a mixture of pasta, honey glazed baked chicken, fish & chips, fried mushrooms as well as the onion bloom. The star of the dish was the onion bloom. Th only feedback was that the core or interior was not fully fried through. Can consider double frying it so the inner core can be eaten as well without the suplhury after taste. Would like to specially mention service staff Kak Haslin for her stellar customer service and exemplary observance. She noticed one of our friends is unwell and assisted to prepare a hot lemon water for him to feel better. The gesture was really unexpected and we would like to extend our compliments for her excellent customer service. Would return again and dine in.
