Knowing this, I asked them roughly how long will it takes to prepare my food, they told me 5-10mins, in the end it took 20mins waiting. Staff also never pack my takeaway properly, and it spilled off. Lastly food is okay okay. Sauce is a bit sour but doesn’t look like what the picture advertised
Luann SeeWe were there for dinner. Ordered pizzas (truffle mushroom, seafood, cheese), pasta, fries and soup. We ended up waiting more than an hour with 2 starving kids. Twice we went to check on the order with the buzzer and were told not ready. Finally we went with the receipt on top of the buzzer we were given, and insisted. That was when they realised they had packed our food for takeaway. No one checked the previous 2 times we went to ask! Buzzer did not go off either! They simply popped the food onto plates, so the food wasn't quite warm and we know what pasta sitting in sauce for too long is like. No utensils given. No condiments. Had to keep going back for all the items. The guy at the cashier who screwed up wasn't even helpful or appeared apologetic. I think the pizza is overpriced for what we got. I don't like the creamy pasta. Soup was decent. The fries with sauce was actually the best thing and the cheapest food dish. The poor service and experience will likely be a deterant from buying from them again.
SirveyTall young staff was extremely rude. Don’t reply when spoken to. Just act like he couldn’t hear and gave a sarcastic stare. Food was badly prepared. Uncooked fried chicken with BLOOD still visible. Dear public, dine at your own risk !!
