Rafidah YusofOrdered chicken chop with rice but came with bread instead. Seafood spaghetti full of crabmeat that even the crabmeat taste awful. Spaghetti sauce is worst. Spaghetti aglio olio toooo oily and tasteless. I’m so dissapointed with this outlet. Sorry no repeat order. I wish you could refund us with such a dissapointed meal that cannot be eaten!! gelfood is nice i wont lie, i went back just for the food, but PLEASE, the service is terrible, earlier on today i placed my order with the worker that is handling the frying area, theres a women standing at cashier area but she was serving me with a black face. but due to the noise (considering its a hawker you rlly cant expect quietness) the guy couldnt hear my order and he turned to the women and asked what i have ordered. she replied so unwillingly, the attitude is just not it. night shifts staff at this store are way better, the morning shifts just really cmi. please do something with her be it train on her customer service or whatever, its not the first time i’ve encountered this.
Eliza CheowI went down that day at Jurong West Street 92 Tenderbest to order my chicken chop and I had a short chat with Ah Xiong who is a superb nice, friendly, kind hearted and patience guy cause I see him work alone so I ask him how come he is working alone only and he explain to me saying cause due to Hari Raya so he have to cover 2 malay staff hence I really do empathy him especially when the weather was so hot that day and for him to prepare Western food all alone by himself is really not an easy task at all. Cause he needs to collect payment, take customer’s order and prepare all the food orders which can be very tiring, oily, stuffy and back aching for him cause he works almost 11 hours on that particular day due to upcoming Hari Raya so short handed of manpower hence he really have no choice but to cover all the duty by himself. Hence I really do salute and respect Ah Xiong’s customer service and patience at this outlet because during the 20 mins when I was chatting with her as there isn’t much of a queue that day as it was already 230pm thereabout cause both my mum and I visit this outlet as we went to Jin Fu Gong temple to pray before coming for our lunch, so I literally can see that he is able to endure all the hardship and he really never did complain anything regarding his work which is why I can see how passionate & serious he was at work that day. So this explain the reason why I personally write this complimentary letter as I am deeply appreciative & grateful for Ah Xiong’s service as I can see that he is very competent employee and willing to go out to serve the walk in customers as there are 1 Malay couple who place an order after me and also there was another guy who come right after this Malay couple. To be able to handle everything at the store single handedly definitely deserve my respect as he is a Malaysian so to be able to leave own home town and come to Singapore to work is already a very tiring task due to the traffic jam at the custom or if not especially now that rental for one room is so expensive hence I can understand he worked so hard now was to pay off his commitment thus this goes to show he is a rare gem to have at the store when he is able to endure such long working hours when this store literally operate from 10am to 10pm. Reason being, my job requires me to face different customers every single day so I can totally understand and relate how tough it’s for Ah Xiong when he still have to deal with different types of customers which nowadays customers can be very demanding or impatience or nasty people thus to handle such customers really require a lot of patience. I am highly impressed with Ah Xiong ’s customer service & patience attitude cause he is such a good employee to have and this will definitely result in having more customers wanting and willing to patronise the store more often because he is a very rare breed to be seen especially in current era. I am very confident to comment and compliment Ah Xiong mainly because I work from a very small role in my finance career until 1 year ago, I got promoted as a Senior Director when I start working in finance industry at age 26 and till now I am 44 years old already as I work in finance industry for a total of 17 years already. I would like to compliment Ah Xiong for an additional pay raise or promotion for putting their extra effort with his work, serving all customers with passion and patience. Or if not pls do kindly extend his employment contract if he is a contract staff cause I am unsure as he didn’t tell me about this issue. Please kindly arrange a session to compliment Ah Xiong in front of all the staff for his awesome and splendid customer service so that all other employees should literally take him as a role model to learn from. Lastly I sincerely hope the higher management will take serious consideration on my feedback written especially for Ah Xiong . Thank you.
