Should have checked the reviews before I buy. I ordered Thai Honey Chicken. Only the egg was edible. The rice and chicken were so dry. The chicken didn't even have any honey taste. It's just normal fried chicken and the meat is sooooooo hard. Standard dropped significantly. Not recommended.
The green curry chicken fried rice was a total flop. Couldn’t taste any green curry, rice was really tasteless with some uncooked rice and the chicken was dry. Ordered the springroll which was soggy and not crispy at all. Will give this stall a miss next time.
I ordered a plate of olive fried rice with seafood and added a fried egg. I made it clear that I wanted seafood because I abstain from meat on Fridays. When the dish arrived, I noticed it contained chicken instead. I approached the counter to check if the order had been taken incorrectly. To my surprise, the counter staff and several kitchen staff—who appeared to be Thai workers—immediately insisted that I had asked for chicken, even though I had clearly requested seafood. One of the staff told me to pay an additional $1 so they could re-fry a new seafood dish. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they raised their voices, denied any wrongdoing, and dismissed my explanation. I eventually told them that their refusal to admit the error was dishonest. After I walked away from the counter, I could hear them speaking loudly in Thai, seemingly ridiculing me. I sat at my table picking out the meat from my food and decided that I would never dine at that stall again. While I was eating, the same group of staff also appeared to mock an elderly customer at the counter, once again shifting blame instead of correcting their mistake. I hope the outlet’s manager will take these incidents seriously and issue a proper apology, as past feedback has also highlighted similar issues with dishonesty. I will not be returning to this stall.
